Carnitas

If you are Mexican you're probably familiar with the term "carnitas". Carnitas are basically pieces of pork cooked in a large steel pot which we call "cazo". Since my family is from Michoacan the state in Mexico in which carnitas were originated we eat carnitas at least every two weeks. This week wasn't the exception and we ate some delicious carnitas tacos. If you've never ate carnitas I suggest you do because your'e really missing out.
